Office Manager JobThe role of the office manager is considered very important in organizing and managing administrative operations within the Al-Badia Dairy Company in Jeddah. This position requires the ability to directly supervise administrative and organizational activities, which will contribute to enhancing work efficiency.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Managing and directing the organization of meetings and coordination between the responsible parties, as well as internal and external communications.
- Following up on welcoming visitors and supervising responses to their inquiries.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of communication channels with relevant parties to ensure the follow-up of decisions issued by the office.
- Supervising the preservation and archiving of documents and correspondence, both incoming and outgoing.
- Evaluating employee performance and identifying their training needs.

Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in English, human resources, business administration, management information systems, or executive secretarial.
