SAP SF Business Analyst to further strengthen our team. This role is vital in managing our SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central (ECP) and Payroll processes.
- Configure EC data models, workflows, and business rules.
- Collaborate in global support environments and engage with member firms during project calls.
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills while developing business documents.
- Perform data transformations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications:- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a medium to large firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Certified SF ECP Consultant is preferred.
Skills:- Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
