Your Role:The Technical Support Specialist will support Siemens Energy Automation Business and enhance customer satisfaction through:
- Providing superior customer experience through various contact methods.
- Logging queries and managing tickets using Siemens support tools.
- Prioritizing and addressing customer inquiries based on urgency.
- Replicating customer issues and preparing timely solutions.
- Inspecting devices and managing warranty processes.
- Promoting Siemens technologies to customers.
What You Will Need:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a focus on Power Systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in protection and automation.
- Strong technical knowledge of protection devices and applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
