Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests upon arrival, provide tickets promptly, and park cars effectively.
- Deliver cars within 5 minutes upon guest request.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and respond to guest inquiries.
- Conduct effective handovers, ensuring information is passed on accurately.
- Perform control tours at the main entrance, ensuring cleanliness is maintained.
- Report guest complaints or problems to superiors.
- Safeguard guest car keys and record every car parked.
- Establish and maintain good public relations with guests.
- Ensure efficient airport/crew transportation flow, if applicable.
- Create a courteous and helpful environment for all clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Holder of a valid country driving license.
