The Role

The Role
As the Electrical Technician, you will serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring efficient and safe running of all hotel plant, equipment, air-conditioning and other systems and to quickly respond to guest complaints, and emergency situations.   • Operate the laundry machines following the provided instructions, including weight limits and other specifications.
  • Sort all linens to be laundered by grouping them with similar items in terms of usage and color.
  • Promptly retrieve all laundry items from guest rooms as necessary.
  • Segregate guest laundry into categories for dry cleaning, pressing, or washing, and forward them to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure that all guest laundry items are correctly processed before returning them to the rooms.
  • Deliver guest laundry to rooms while respecting any 'Do Not Disturb' requests from guests.
  • Submit billing details to the cashiering department before the end of the shift.
  • Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.
