Main Responsibilities:

About The Role
As an Engineering Technician (AC & Refrigeration Mechanic) at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations across the resort. Your role is essential in ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities remain in optimal condition, delivering the high standards expected from a Four Seasons experience.
What You Will Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work in guest rooms, staff accommodations, and public areas.
• Support electrical, air conditioning (A/C) tasks as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
• Conduct self-inspections of completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Read and interpret basic layout and MEP (Mechanical) drawings.
• Monitor and maintain plant equipment and assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and departmental briefings.

What You Will Bring

At The Red Sea EDITION, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to ensure our guests enjoy flawless service regarding our pool facilities. As a member of our engineering and facilities team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our luxurious pools and resources.

Role Responsibilities:

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests related to pool maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and tools, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Inspect tools and equipment visually.
• Maintain maintenance inventory; requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests about maintenance issues and resolve them promptly.
• Assure daily activities and issues are communicated to other shifts.
• Display proficiency in areas such as air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools safely.
• Carry out minor repairs (*, plumbing, electrical equipment) and program TVs.
