Job Title: Hall Supervisor



Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the hall's readiness daily (lighting, fragrance, music, temperature) to ensure the best experience for guests.
  • Welcoming guests, recording their feedback and complaints, and working to resolve them immediately to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
  • Organizing employee work schedules, making immediate adjustments in case of absence or cancellation, and ensuring a balanced distribution according to operational needs.
  • Managing a short stand-up meeting (5 minutes) before the start of each shift to review goals and important notes.
  • Conducting daily inspection rounds to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of treatment rooms and public facilities.
  • Ensuring daily consumption levels for essential tools and materials (towels, oils, gels) and placing replenishment orders as needed.
  • Monitoring daily and weekly employee performance through operational indicators.
  • Ensuring complete compliance with health and safety standards and regulations from the Ministry of Labor and Civil Defense.
  • Preparing and implementing ongoing training plans for employees to enhance efficiency and ensure readiness for peak seasons.
  • Following up promotional campaigns monthly in coordination with the marketing team and analyzing bookings and sales to support sales performance.
  • Handling comments and reviews on Google and Tripadvisor and improving the salon's digital reputation.
  • Following up on preventive maintenance for all salon facilities (air conditioning, ventilation systems, water quality).
  • Implementing monthly guest recognition initiatives (surprises, small gifts) to enhance guest experience and loyalty.



Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing beauty salons or spas.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team and achieve goals.
  • Experience with point of sale (POS) systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
  • High communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs and digital campaign management (additional advantage).
  • Proficiency in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).



Working Hours:


  • 8 hours of work daily.
  • 6 working days a week (one day off weekly).
  • Willingness to work during peak seasonal times and special occasions.

• Maintaining the filing system at the reception and updating it regularly according to CBRE procedures, adhering to health and safety procedures, reporting any risks, and attending CBRE training.

• Receiving all postal shipments and keeping a record of all received shipments.

• Ensuring compliance with the security and emergency procedures for clients at all times, actively participating in evacuating the building in accordance with incident control procedures.

• Following up on attendance and absence records and regularly updating the list.

• Cooperating with colleagues to share daily reports and information in a constructive manner.
