Join TASNEE as a Supervisor!We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Supervisor, Fire at our facility located in Jizan. As part of the Advanced Smelting Industries Co. (ASIC), you will oversee emergency response activities for our complex to ensure the readiness of personnel and equipment.
About the Role:Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising emergency response activities to ensure all equipment and personnel are prepared.
- Accountability to the Superintendent Fire for the delivery of all prepared functions.
- Reviewing and distributing workloads within the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
- Providing leadership and guidance in planning, training, and managing the ERT.
- Assisting in the development of performance indicators for monitoring ERT performance.
Minimum Qualifications:To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree.
- Certifications in Firefighter 1 and 2 (NFPA 1001), Fire Officer 1 (NFPA 1021), Fire Instructor 1 (NFPA 1041), and Hazmat Technician (NFPA 1072).
Experience:A minimum of 2 years for Bachelor’s holders or 7 years for Diploma holders in a related field is required.
Required Skills:- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Emergency medical procedures knowledge.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
