We are looking for a motivated individual to help identify and target potential clients for our training academy's programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
• Conduct thorough research to understand the specific training and development requirements of potential students.
• Develop relationships with learners for repeat business or referrals.
• Present and demonstrate training academy programs to address learners' needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements and successfully close sales.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure programs meet or exceed student expectations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain strong relationships for customer satisfaction.
• Handle class coordination and student queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or education.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in the training and education industry.
• Effective negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
• Deep understanding of the academy's programs and their alignment with student needs.
• Knowledge of training and development programs.

Responsibilities include preparing architectural plans, and supervising the implementation of projects according to approved engineering standards. The position requires the ability to work as part of a team, proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and adherence to project deadlines.
