At Arena Rise, we specialize in delivering exceptional exhibition and conference services. We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Sales Representative who will take an active role in reaching out to both potential and existing clients through phone communications to present our services. This position is critical in building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and helping us expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily calls with target clients to introduce the company’s services.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into actual customers.
  • Build and update a customer database regularly.
  • Present sales offers and clearly explain the company’s competitive advantages.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments to support campaigns and special offers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative who will play a key role in driving AREEB’s growth by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals with corporate and government organizations. The ideal candidate is ambitious, customer-focused, and passionate about AI and EdTech innovation in Saudi Arabia.



Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, and education sectors.
• Conduct client presentations, demos, and product pitches to showcase AREEB’s value.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver against sales targets.
• Develop deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions to maximize impact.
• Work closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and market feedback to leadership.
• Represent AREEB at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.



Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, LMS, or enterprise technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Saudi corporate and government market is a strong advantage.
• Passion for AI, digital learning, and innovation.
