Qualifications and Experience Required:
•A diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or any related field (preferred).
•Practical experience of not less than 24 years in catering or hospitality.
•Good knowledge of health and safety standards.
•Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
•The ability to work under pressure and in multitasking environments.
•Good communication skills with the team and clients.
