• Achieving the monthly sales target.
• Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry to the showroom.
• Maintaining a decent appearance and adhering to the official dress code.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.
• Keeping the stockroom organized.
• Working with other colleagues in the periodic inventory process.
• Continuously working on self-education to increase knowledge of products and existing brands.
• Providing high-level customer service through professional interaction with the customer, listening, giving them attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication through messages and all available methods, while updating the customer about all new products.
• Handling customer complaints positively and trying to resolve the issue, escalating it to the direct manager if a solution cannot be found.
• Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the applicable instructions.
• Following management instructions regarding labor laws.
• Adhering to the company's safety and security guidelines and fully cooperating with the security department.
• Working on attracting new customers, retaining current ones, and motivating past customers to return to make purchases.
• Continuously organizing products in the showroom and returning them to their normal state.
• Consulting the showroom manager on any issues that impede the workflow to resolve them.
• Following all instructions issued by management.
