🔹 Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Implementing and following up on HR policies and procedures.

• Managing recruitment and selection processes (advertising, interviews, hiring).

• Preparing and following up on employee records, contracts, and vacations.

• Contributing to developing the work environment and motivating employees.

• Following up on annual performance evaluations and training and development.

• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and systems.

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• Experience of no less than [number of required years] in the same field.

• Proficiency in using computer programs and HR systems.

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures in collection management.

• Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in collection or customer service.
• Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills, problem-solving, and quick decision-making abilities, proficient in PC and Office software (Microsoft Office), and effective organization and time management skills.
