Required a salesperson with experience to work in a retail store at our branch in Buraidah, Al-Muntazah Neighborhood, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service. The candidate must have a professional appearance, a friendly personality, and good mathematical skills, with at least one year of previous experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Welcoming customers in a professional and polite manner

• Displaying products and explaining their features to customers

• Completing sales transactions and managing the cash register

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store

• Conducting inventory and ordering goods as needed

• Achieving specified sales targets

• Dealing with customer complaints professionally

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Receiving phone calls from clients and answering their inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

• Scheduling appointments and patient bookings via phone or in-person visits, and entering them into the electronic system.

• Welcoming patients and visitors to the clinic and directing them as needed.

• Registering new patient data and accurately updating current patient information.

• Transferring calls or inquiries to departments or specialized doctors.

• Following up on client complaints and feedback and resolving or escalating them to management.

• Confirming appointments and sending reminders to patients as needed.

• Managing payment processes and issuing invoices and receipts.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of medical information and adhering to quality standards and customer service.

    Required Qualifications and Experiences:

    • Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Experience: At least one year of experience in the rental or customer service field (preferably in car rental companies).

    • Skills:

      • Excellent communication skills and professional customer service.

      • Proficiency in using computer systems and rental software.

      • Ability to negotiate and persuade.

      • Good knowledge of traffic procedures and rental-related regulations.
