Job: Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist
A marketing company specializing in marketing clinics and medical centers (remotely)
Tasks:

Managing, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on:
Meta – TikTok – Google Ads – Snapchat

Building well-thought-out strategies to increase bookings and improve the quality of leads.

Analyzing performance daily and providing recommendations to reduce CPA and increase ROAS.
-
Preparing weekly reports that clarify results and areas for improvement.
-
Testing creatives and advertising messages and selecting the most suitable for the audience.
-
Managing advertising budgets accurately to ensure the best return.
-
Coordinating with the content team and customer service team to ensure the customer journey is complete from advertisement to booking.

Strong understanding of customer behavior in the medical sector (skin – laser – hair – cosmetics).

Keeping up with the latest developments in advertising and digital performance.
Requirements:

Experience of no less than 3 years in Performance Marketing or Media Buying.

Full proficiency in working on all mentioned platforms.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Knowledge of the basics of Conversion Optimization.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with clients professionally.

Having results or previous campaign samples
