We are looking for a "Salesperson" to work in one of our branches.

The main responsibility is to assist customers in choosing glasses and eye care products, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a distinctive customer experience inside the store.

Main tasks:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in selecting the appropriate products.

• Achieving the specified sales targets for the branch.

• Organizing and arranging products within the store and maintaining the overall appearance.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.

• Workdays: 6 days a week, 8 hours of work including a one-hour break

• Flexibility in working with variable shifts (one shift work but may change according to need)

• Available shifts (Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Evening shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM)

• Salary of 4000 Riyals
• Commissions up to double the salary

• Finding new clients online.
• Preparing a weekly client list and contacting them by phone.
• Presenting our services professionally and building long-term relationships.
• Following up with current clients and continuously attracting new clients.
• Recording call details and reports in an organized manner.

• Excellent communication skills and eloquence in speaking.
• Able to research and use the internet to discover potential clients.
• Previous experience in telephone marketing or customer service (additional advantage).
• Able to work as part of a team and achieve goals.

• Count the available cash amounts in the cash register and record them accurately.
• Receive payments in cash or by credit card and collect the amounts due.
• Update price lists and ensure their accuracy.
• Reconcile the incoming cash with the total sales at the end of the shift.
• Meet customer desires in accordance with their requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service.
• Strong communication skills.

• Salary ranging between 4000 to 4100 Saudi riyals.

• Manage the service schedule and plan employee work schedules.
• Supervise employees while they perform their duties, including dusting, sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, and changing linens.
• Encourage the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as (CCNA) Cisco Certified Network Associate are preferred.

• Strong supervisory and appointment management skills.
• Skills required for removing soot and monitoring inventory.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
