# Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to understand client needs to recommend appropriate products or services. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Execute established sales processes to promote and sell Alfa Laval aftermarket products and services.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to develop aftermarket sales plans.
• Identify, qualify, and manage aftermarket leads, converting them into business opportunities.
• Engage with customers through regular visits to understand operational challenges and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
• Manage daily sales operations, maintaining accurate customer data and proactive planning.
• Prepare and deliver value-based quotations tailored to customer needs.

• Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Food or Pharma industry.
• Strong experience in quotation management and customer communication.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with the KSA market is an advantage.

• Obtain orders via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Suggest related items to enhance customer orders and satisfaction.
• Develop leads from marketing and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders.
• Manage customer order reports to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate industry trends and customer feedback to management.

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales and sales administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Study market developments to define and refine sales and marketing objectives.
• Estimate projected sales volumes and translate objectives into actionable sales plans.
• Monitor the implementation of sales policies and evaluate promotional programs.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs while tracking competitors’ sales strategies.
• Evaluate sales performance and suggest corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain specialized sales documents and records in alignment with approved policies.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Saudi National.
• Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Negotiate pricing and agreements to close deals.
• Build strong relationships with MEP consultants and contractors.
• Represent Carrier at industry exhibitions and seminars.
• Submit sales activity reports consistently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BMS or HVAC sales.
• Hands-on knowledge of major BMS brands (*, Honeywell, Siemens).
• Strong understanding of BMS architecture and HVAC controls.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or low-current systems sales.
• Hands-on knowledge of major BMS brands (*, Honeywell, Siemens).
• Strong understanding of BMS architecture and HVAC equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
