Your Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and prepare the workstation in room service.
  • Prepare daily ingredient and food supplies requisition or transfer as per the In-Room Dining menu.
  • Ensure dishes are prepared according to correct recipes and quantities.
  • Train and guide cooks and DCDP effectively.
  • Control costs and minimize waste in room service.
  • Communicate any shortages to the sous chef or Executive chef promptly.
  • Take charge of kitchen operations in the absence of the sous chef.
  • Present food attractively and create decorative displays.
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking team attendance.
  • Prepare manning guides and departmental budgets.
  • Maintain production and operational records.
  • Follow standard recipes to prepare dishes.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
