Responsibilities:
  • VSD Maintenance & Repair:
    • Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Low-voltage VSDs.
    • Troubleshoot power electronics, IGBTs, control boards, cooling systems, and harmonic filters.
    • Conduct power quality analysis and waveform capture.
  • ESP Operation & Optimization:
    • Install, commission, and troubleshoot ESP systems including motors, pumps, seals, sensors, and surface VSDs.
    • MonitorESP performance data such as amperage, vibration, temperature, and pressure to optimize run life and efficiency.
  • Field Service Execution:
    • Lead on-site interventions independently, including emergency breakdown support.
    • Read and understand electrical schematics and control system diagrams.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE standards (LOTO, arc flash, confined space).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Maintenance field.
  • Previous experience in Oil and Gas is required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
