The Senior Sales Executive - IT Services (KSA) will be responsible for driving the sales of UTrust's software testing and quality assurance services within the Saudi Arabian market. This full-time, on-site position requires identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. The role involves building relationships with key decision-makers, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of software testing and quality assurance services within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the region.
  • Generate leads through various prospecting and outreach methods.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate UTrust's value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies and client requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Sales, specifically selling IT services or solutions, with a preference for experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation and pipeline building, including prospecting, cold outreach, and networking within the KSA market.
  • Strong account management skills, encompassing client relationship development, client retention, and upselling of services.
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, software development lifecycles, and QA/testing services.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B or enterprise environments.
