Role Overview:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating the activities of maintenance technicians. Your focus will be on adhering to the preventive maintenance plan while efficiently developing breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and facilities. You will coordinate with area supervisors to execute monthly and weekly maintenance plans, and submit progress reports regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on a variety of electrical systems including generators, transformers, and motors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standards, and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring best practices are applied in all activities.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in the maintenance of Oil & Gas or Refinery industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management.
  • A diploma in Electrical Engineering or a high school diploma with extensive experience.
