During the event: The project manager is fully present on-site to manage the ceremony according to the approved schedule, coordinate with speakers and VIP guests, supervise the teams, respond immediately to any developments, and ensure an exceptional experience for attendees. After the event: The project manager supervises the dismantling of the setups and handing over the venue according to the hotel's requirements, and prepares a final report that includes performance evaluation, comments, and future recommendations. Job Objective

Responsibilities and Tasks

1. Customer Management

  • Daily communication with clients via (WhatsApp - email).

2. Marketing Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate tasks between designers, media buyers, and execution teams.

3. Project and Task Management

  • Use project management tools (ClickUp / Trello or similar).

  • Break down projects into clear, actionable tasks.

  • Prepare weekly reports on project status.

4. Reporting and Follow-up

  • Prepare basic performance reports for marketing campaigns.

  • Submit periodic summaries to management on progress and insights.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Documenting Processes (SOPs)

  • Document recurring procedures within the company.

  • Improve workflow and reduce reliance on individuals.

  • Contribute to building a clear operational system for the company.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent).

  • Experience of 0–2 years in marketing or project management (advantage but not a requirement).

  • Familiarity with the basics of digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in using task management and reporting tools.
