Job Title:
Junior Accountant (Part-time – Restaurant)
Work Location:
Restaurant – Medina
Type of Employment:
Part-time – Approximately 8 days a month (may increase as needed)
Job Responsibilities:
Recording daily sales and expenses.
Reviewing cashier and point of sale (POS) reports.
Entering purchase invoices (food supplies – restaurant supplies).
Calculating the cost of purchases and verifying invoices.
Inventory count (monthly) and matching it with sales.
Reconciling cash (cash) and bank.
Preparing a monthly profit and loss report.
Preparing documents for the legal accountant.
Following up on value-added tax.
Organizing and storing invoices and accounting files.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or even if a student in Accounting College.
Little or no experience (beginner).
Knowledge of Excel.
Preferably knows accounting software or restaurant system.
Accuracy and integrity.
Preferably from the residents of Medina.
