تطوير الأداء: تحليل التقارير التشغيلية لتحديد نقاط الضعف وتقليل الهدر (Waste Management) في اللحوم والموارد.

قيادة الفريق: إدارة وتدريب طاقم العمل (من جزارين، عمال، وسائقين) وجدولة ورديات العمل بما يتناسب مع ضغط الطلبات.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في إدارة العمليات، ويفضل من لديه خلفية في قطاع الأغذية واللحوم أو التجزئة.
