Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized Office Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of office systems and equipment. Other responsibilities include coordinating with team members, maintaining accurate records, providing excellent customer service, and supporting workplace efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a productive office environment.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day office activities and processes efficiently.
- Familiarity with Office Equipment and ability to address operational and technical needs within the office.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management ability.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is recommended.
