We are seeking a highly driven sales professional to spearhead growth in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. As part of our team, you will leverage your expertise in selling digital tools and solutions to oil and gas companies, managing high-value accounts and cultivating strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base across Saudi Arabia. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Business Development & Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers while managing the full sales cycle.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Selling: Present tailored solutions to client needs, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence & Representation: Monitor industry trends and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in digital solutions for oil & gas.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
Core Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and travel across GCC countries.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with upstream, midstream, or downstream operations is a plus.
  • Established network within the Oil & Gas sector.

أولاً: الهدف من الوظيفة
إدارة وتنفيذ ومتابعة مشاريع الأعمال الكهروميكانيكية (MEP) من مرحلة التخطيط وحتى التسليم النهائي، مع ضمان الالتزام بالجودة، والجدول الزمني، والتكلفة المعتمدة، وتحقيق أعلى مستويات رضا العميل.
ثانياً: المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية
1- إدارة المشروع
• إعداد خطة المشروع التفصيلية (البرنامج الزمني – الموارد – الميزانية).
• تحديد نطاق العمل (Scope of Work) بالتنسيق مع الإدارة والمكتب الفني.
• توزيع المهام على فرق التنفيذ والمقاولين الباطن.
• متابعة تقدم الأعمال ومقارنتها بالبرنامج الزمني المعتمد.
• إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة المشروع (Progress Reports).
2- الإدارة الفنية
• مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات التنفيذية والمخططات (Shop Drawings).
• مراجعة المواصفات الفنية (Specs) ومطابقتها للعقود.
• التنسيق بين أنظمة:
• الكهرباء (Power & Lighting)
• التكييف (HVAC)
• الحريق (Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm)
• الصحي (Plumbing & Drainage)
• حل التعارضات بين الأعمال الميكانيكية والمدنية والمعمارية.
3- الإدارة المالية والتكلفة
• إعداد وحساب المستخلصات الشهرية.
• متابعة الميزانية والتحكم في التكاليف (Cost Control).
• مراجعة أوامر التغيير (Variation Orders).
• تحليل الانحرافات في التكلفة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
4- إدارة الفريق والمقاولين
• قيادة مهندسي الموقع والمشرفين.
• تقييم أداء الفريق وتطويره.
• التفاوض وإدارة عقود مقاولي الباطن.
• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة المهنية (HSE).
5- إدارة الجودة والسلامة
• التأكد من تطبيق نظام الجودة بالمشروع.
• اعتماد المواد قبل التوريد (Material Submittals).
• الإشراف على اختبارات التشغيل والتسليم (Testing & Commissioning).
• التأكد من الالتزام باشتراطات السلامة.
ثالثاً: المؤهلات المطلوبة
المؤهل العلمي
• بكالوريوس هندسة (ميكانيكا قوى).
الخبرة
• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع متوسطة أو كبيرة.
المهارات
• إجادة قراءة المخططات الهندسية.
• مهارات قيادية عالية.
• إدارة الوقت وضغط العمل.
• إجادة برامج:
‏ • AutoCAD
‏ • Primavera أو MS Project
‏ • Excel
ويكون حاصل علي شهادة PMP
• مهارات تفاوض قوية.
• قدرة عالية على حل المشكلات

About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing project and operational costs by implementing effective cost control strategies, monitoring budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will work closely with project managers and internal teams to track expenses, prepare financial reports and forecasts, and ensure compliance with company policies and budget requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis to senior management.
  • Coordinate with project managers and department heads to track and control project costs.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and budget limits.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial records and procedures to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Train and mentor cost control staff to ensure their understanding of cost control processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost reduction initiatives and drive efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cost control and financial analysis.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team on cost control matters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Accountant or Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in related field on national / international major initiatives and developments.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in project cost management.
  • Ability to present budgeting plans and requirements to senior management and other government authorities.
  • Capable of fluently communicating in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers accurately.
    • Maintain vigilance regarding store security and follow loss prevention policies.

Desired Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree along with effective communication and interpersonal skills to enhance the customer experience. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
