About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Health & Safety Manager to oversee all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the hotel’s food safety and hygiene program.
- Implementing and monitoring HACCP systems, hygiene procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Conducting regular hygiene inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards, local regulations, and managing inspections.
- Investigating hygiene-related incidents and implementing corrective actions.
- Developing and delivering training programs for staff.
What You BringYou should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety or a related field and have proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel. Strong expertise in HACCP, food safety systems, and local regulations is essential.
