This critical role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong strategic partnerships, and tailored solutions aligning with the Kingdom's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze the market to identify opportunities and target clients within Saudi Arabia.
- Generate new organic growth opportunities in government services, defense, and consulting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with ministries in Saudi Arabia to support growth objectives.
- Collaborate with business units to lead the development of new market-oriented value propositions.
- Support the development of new products and service offerings while enhancing existing unique selling propositions.
- Guide solution development during bidding processes with relevant inputs.
- Create and implement a structured client engagement program as a framework for the sales team.
Specific Requirements:- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or solution management in Saudi Arabia, particularly in government services.
- Proven experience in the Middle East market, especially in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the government services sector.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market with an existing network within ministries and government entities.
- Preferred certification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green/Black Belt.
