Key Responsibilities:
  • Support investment decisions, capital expenditures, and business cases.
  • Strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide management reports and performance analysis.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relations.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate GL, AR, AP, and payroll postings.
  • Review and close monthly and annual accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audits.
  • Maintain chart of accounts and accounting policies.

Requirements:
Education / Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).
  • IFRS Diploma (mandatory).
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) – advantage.

Experience:
  • 8–12 years of experience, preferably in external auditing.
  • Current or previous finance manager role.
  • Prior experience with joint-stock companies and IPO readiness is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Zakat, VAT, WHT.
  • Financial reporting under IFRS/GAAP.
  • Financial modeling, variance, and sensitivity analysis.
  • ERP/accounting systems experience (Odoo preferred).
  • Costing and profitability analysis.

Soft Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
