Position Overview:This role provides end-to-end business and administrative support to the General Manager in Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Assistant, you will implement administrative plans to ensure the effective running of the office and assist in managing various tasks critical to business operations. You will play an essential role as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, travel bookings, and meeting coordination.
- Implement and execute Administration & Secretarial programs in line with business needs.
- Handle correspondence, prepare materials for meetings, and manage documentations.
- Oversee travel arrangements ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain the executive's schedule and plan events and conferences.
- Serve as the primary contact point between executives and other staff or external partners.
- Assist in managing special projects directed by the GM.
- Ensure the office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- High professionalism and discretion are required.
