Responsibilities:- Provide support to the Accounting Department.
- Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and processing mail.
- Process transactions, issue checks, perform bank transfers, and update ledgers and budgets.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an associate’s degree in a related field with work experience.
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, along with strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
- A professional manner and strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
