About the Role
Hilti Saudi Arabia is looking for customer-focused Field Engineers to start their careers within a high-performing team. In this role, you will collaborate with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive sales of engineering products. Your primary goal will be to educate key influencers in construction projects about the benefits and value of Hilti products, with the aim of securing their specifications during the design phase. You will actively visit job sites to present solutions, identify opportunities, provide technical advice, and offer support, thereby adding value through the application of Hilti products.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Required Skills

- Experience working in technical engineering.
- Effective communication skills, with strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Solution-oriented mindset, determined to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
