Job Responsibilities:- Sell a wide range of company products to assigned customers.
- Provide feedback on competition activities in your area.
- Issue special order requests as needed.
- Collect invoices following the company’s aging policy.
- Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews before market visits.
- Identify and report new customers to the team leader.
- Handle customer complaints and relay information to the sales team leader.
- Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
- Issue return forms for defective products with necessary approvals.
- Report any unresolved issues to the team leader.
- Reconcile customer accounts quarterly and secure customer approvals.
