Join Al Futtaim as a Truck Sales Manager!We are seeking a dedicated and strategic individual to lead our Ashok Leyland truck sales operations in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. As the Truck Sales Manager, you will report to the Country Manager, overseeing a team of four sales professionals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve volume, revenue, and profit margin targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure strong retail and SME performance.
- Collaborate with planning and analysis teams to set monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and provide actionable insights to upper management.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Support the new units sales team in trade-in and purchase deals.
- Coordinate with logistics and after-sales services to ensure smooth delivery and customer support.
- Maintain KPI reports using systems such as SAP/Excel to track trends and performance.
- Work with retail partners to design and implement effective sales campaigns.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering); MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in heavy commercial vehicles.
- Ability to use systems/tools like SAP and Excel for performance reporting and forecasting.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
