Job Responsibilities:- Create items on the system based on Spare Part Requisition forms and relay them to the procurement department for purchasing.
- Check minimum stock highlights on ERP, relay to the plant manager for review and approval, and forward to the procurement department.
- Receive items based on the related PO, enter the transaction on ERP, and store them in designated locations.
- Issue Spare Part Issue Forms and enter journals on ERP for proper inventory tracking.
- Conduct monthly and yearly inventories and relay results to Accounting for verification.
- Implement 5S activities in the store to maintain tidiness and easy access.
