• Bachelor's degree in Property Management and Development, Advertising and Marketing Communication, or E-commerce.

• Professional Project Management (PMP).
• Certified Valuation Professional (IVSC).
• Professional Marketing Management (CMMP).
• Professional Marketer (PCM).

• Advanced brokerage skills.
• Drafting agreements and contracts.
• Marketing and marketing communication.
• Research, supervision, and negotiation.
• Managing property records and providing information.

• Taking notes in shorthand (speed writing).
• Copying correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes and reviewing them.
• Receiving phone calls from employees and external clients, sorting and directing them.
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and examining postal correspondence.
• Coordinating participants' schedules in meetings and determining meeting times.
• Establishing systems for filing and maintaining records.
