Role Purpose:Provide administrative support and assist with HR activities, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, and other related tasks.
Key Accountabilities:- Prepare monthly reports and take minutes of meetings.
- Maintain strong public relations and deliver excellent customer service.
- Support recruitment, timekeeping, and payroll activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Windows and MS Office tools effectively.
- Communicate fluently in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
Qualifications & Experience:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or English Language.
- Experience: 12 years in HR activities (recruitment, timekeeping, payroll).
Other Requirements:Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred).
