About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage core HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance support, and HR administration—ensuring our people practices are compliant, effective, and employee-centric.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new talent
  • Coordinate employee engagement and training programs
  • Assist with performance review processes and feedback tracking
  • Maintain HR records and support compliance with local labor laws
  • Generate HR reports and support audits

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field
  • 35 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidentiality, attention to detail, and a service mindset
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Saudi labour laws is a plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
