المؤهلات:
  • دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال، أو التسويق، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة بمجال المبيعات.
  • خبرة مدة سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and confirm guest room reservations made via phone, letter, or fax.
  • Input all reservations into the computer, maintaining accurate records of all pertinent information.
  • Attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
  • Stay updated on all hotel promotions and follow established procedures for process room reservations and rates.
  • Demonstrate complete product knowledge and apply rate management effectively.
  • Maintain an established filing system for correspondence and generate necessary reports.
  • Promote and maintain good public relations to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure room status is accurately maintained at all times.
  • Answer all incoming calls according to Rotana standards and manage information received via fax and email.
  • Organize visa requests for hotel guests per hotel policy and identify opportunities to up-sell services.

Skills and Qualifications:
You should have a diploma or degree in hospitality and previous experience in hotel reservations. Proficiency in computer use, alongside excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus), is also essential.
