Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Insurance and Benefits Administration: Manage employee insurance programs and company benefits, ensuring employees are informed and enrolled as needed.
- Labor Law and Government Compliance: Stay updated with labor laws and government regulations, ensuring company practices are in compliance.
- Government Relations: Handle communication and relationships with government agencies, if applicable.
- Recruitment: Lead recruitment needs, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
Qualifications:- Knowledgeable in payroll systems, employee benefits, and attendance management.
- Familiarity with labor laws and government regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in recruitment and HR processes.
- Government Relations experience is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HR.
