A human resources officer is required to work at a leading company in Medina. It is required to have a bachelor's degree in human resource management or its equivalent with at least two years of experience in the same field. The main tasks include: managing recruitment and training processes, developing internal policies and regulations, preparing and implementing employee development plans, following up on employee affairs and solving work-related problems. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work within a team, and proficiency in using human resource and computer programs.
