We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at Staybridge Suites in the Eastern Province. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring our guests enjoy the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff.
• Ensure that rooms, corridors, and public areas are cleaned to the set standards.
• Inspect rooms and other areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Provide training and support to housekeeping staff on best practices.
• Manage and order housekeeping supplies as required.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints with a positive approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the department ensuring service standards are met
• Handle guest concerns proactively, logging and notifying appropriate areas
• Participate in daily briefings and department meetings
• Ensure room attendants are informed about priorities in their sections
• Report necessary maintenance items and follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English (verbal & written) is essential
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel housekeeping environment
• Proven training skills
• Experience with hotel property management system preferable
• Attention to detail, strong organization, supervisory and communication skills
• Proactive and capable of working well in high-pressure situations

Physical Aspects:

• Constant standing/walking throughout shift
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, lifting, and working with ladders
