We are seeking a talented individual to join our knowledgeable team of engineers in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. Archirodon is an international contractor with a solid reputation in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for over half a century. We take pride in delivering complex projects across various fields such as Energy, Marine, Infrastructure, and Defense & Security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and establish Project Cost Centres.
  • Transform the Tender Estimate into Project First Budget.
  • Ensure proper allocation of costs to relevant Cost Centres.
  • Prepare budgets and current estimates.
  • Estimate new rates, price variations, and assess claims’ cost impact.
  • Monitor project actual costs and analyze cost variances.
  • Prepare cost reports and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain records of actual cost elements for Project Close-Out Report.
  • Liaise with project sections on cost allocation and control matters.
  • Participate in preparing the Project Close-Out Report and Lessons Learnt.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Average of 5 years working experience in Cost Control/Cost Estimation with EPC/Heavy Industrial construction company.
  • Experience in Tunnels projects in KSA is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
