Job Objective:

To receive payments from customers accurately and quickly, issue invoices, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve smooth sales processes.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming customers politely and friendly.

2. Accurately entering purchase details and issuing invoices.

3. Receiving cash payments or through electronic payment methods.

4. Ensuring that the amounts received match the invoice value.

5. Keeping daily records of sales and transactions.

6. Delivering the cash deposit at the end of the shift to the direct supervisor.

7. Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

8. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the accounting area.

• Providing clear information about products and services to customers.

Working Hours:

8 hours daily, two days off per week. Working on Friday is optional with an additional bonus for each Friday worked.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Build a database of existing and prospective customers with their information, addresses, and phone numbers.

Verify prices and grant discounts within the authorized scope, complete the sales process, issue invoices, and collect payments.

Collect, record, document, and remit customer debts to the financial department. Prepare and submit work reports, document and archive them.
