Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and layouts for various mediums, including print and digital platforms. You will work closely with clients or internal teams to understand their design requirements and deliver creative solutions that effectively communicate their messages.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and create visual materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and digital illustrations.
  • Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and project objectives.
  • Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with the client's brand identity and messaging.
  • Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs.
  • Select appropriate colors, images, typography, and other visual elements to enhance the overall design.
  • Ensure that designs are aesthetically pleasing, visually impactful, and effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients or internal teams, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
  • Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, web development, and copywriting, to ensure design consistency across different channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
  • Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into visually appealing designs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and receive feedback.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will support and manage tender documentation and related functions for the appointment of Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers, and oversee project procurement processes from inception to contract award.

Objectives for the Role:
  • Support and manage the tender documentation for appointment of suppliers and service providers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide an ethical and consistent approach to the procurement of goods and services.
  • Assist team members with vendor registration & pre-qualification.
  • Prepare Expression of Interest (EoI) lists and review EoI submissions.
  • Prepare and review RFP / ITT documents and manage the tendering process.
  • Support in reviewing recommendations for management approval.
  • Track procurement activities across the entire project.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Comply with approved procurement processes and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience:
  • Preferably degree educated in Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years’ experience in FM, Operations or Construction in a procurement role.
  • Spoken Arabic is an advantage, but not essential.

  • Fluent communication in English, both oral and written.
  • Enthusiastic and conscientious personality.
  • Computer literate with the ability to compile data and prepare reports.
