Job Summary:
The Quality Controller ensures that all food and beverage products meet established quality and safety standards throughout the production process. This role involves monitoring production, conducting tests, and maintaining documentation to guarantee product consistency, hygiene, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP practices.
  • Conduct routine quality tests such as pH, temperature, weight, packaging integrity, and microbiological sampling.
  • Report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed quality records and documentation.
  • Support production teams in quality awareness and training.
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices are followed in all areas of production.
  • Collaborate with QA, R&D, and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
  • Stay updated on food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Food Science, or related field.
  • Experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or similar standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
