Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Control & Compliance: Manage relationships with outsourced accounting and tax providers; ensure timely and accurate compliance with financial regulations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; provide variance analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Process Implementation & Controls: Implement finance processes and internal controls; coordinate budgeting and financial planning.
  • Audit & Governance: Lead local audit processes; maintain financial records for internal and external audits.
  • Ad-Hoc & Strategic Support: Collaborate with various departments for seamless financial integration.

About You:
A true sports enthusiast, you will work closely with a diverse team, fostering collaborative relationships while maintaining a proactive approach. You should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational settings.
  • Experience with Big Four audit firms is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi tax and accounting regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.

Job Purpose
