Responsible for welcoming guests and visitors, directing them, answering phone calls and forwarding them to the relevant departments, organizing appointments, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.

Main responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and visitors in a professional manner

• Managing the phone system and transferring calls

• Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings

• Handling emails and correspondence

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area

• Recording visitor data and issuing the necessary permits

• Coordinating with different departments to facilitate the work of guests

• Preparing photographic and digital cameras.
• Studying the subject of the photo and analyzing the location and conditions of taking it.
• Adjusting shooting factors such as distance and aperture.
• Developing and printing photographs.
• Processing digital images using a computer and printing images.
• Preparing and documenting work reports and saving them.
