• Attractive commission structure based on the number of training sessions conducted:
• 20% commission for 4175 sessions
• 30% commission for 7699 sessions
• 40% commission for 100129 sessions
• 50% commission for 130+ sessions
• Visa sponsorship and medical insurance coverage included.

• Must hold a certified Personal Trainer Level 3 qualification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 12 years of personal training experience is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driving license and personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and program design.
• Ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and budget management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of fitness instructors, personal trainers, and front desk staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Monitor and maintain fitness equipment, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed
• Create and manage fitness programs, classes, and special events to enhance member experience
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize facility performance
• Manage payroll, inventory, and administrative duties

• Study tourism development strategies and plans.
• Collect prevailing pricing information and analyze promotional options.
• Participate in planning and executing tourism campaigns in cooperation with hotels and transportation companies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare reports and specialize in the field of tourism.
• Respond to customer inquiries and organize tourism programs.
• Establish relationships and partnerships with tourism entities.
• Manage the tourism department and coordinate with other departments.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Sales Management or Tourism Management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• At least two years of experience in the tourism field.
• Additional requirements such as information technology and tour guide are preferred.
