Job Responsibilities
Managing online store requests via Zed and Salla platforms and reviewing them before shipping
Following up and coordinating shipments with shipping companies until delivery
Responding to customers and providing professional customer service
Following up on complaint emails and taking appropriate action
Verifying payment transactions and updating their status in the system
Listing products on Zed and Salla platforms and linking them to inventory
Understanding the warehouse system and updating quantities upon shipment arrival
Coordinating with the IT team when there is a technical issue
Editing banners and some marketing files using Photoshop
Requirements
Practical experience in Zed and Salla platforms
Knowledge of order and inventory management in online stores
Proficiency in using Photoshop to edit designs and banners
Good visual taste and understanding of design basics
Proficiency in the language at an intermediate level
High accuracy and organization in work
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently remotely
