Main Responsibilities:- Preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and espresso drinks.
- Operating various coffee equipment and ensuring that it is maintained and cleaned regularly.
- Welcoming customers and taking orders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing a unique experience for customers and contributing to their satisfaction.
- Adhering to established quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area and all tools used.
- Handling Point of Sale (POS) systems and managing payment processes.
- Monitoring inventory and restocking raw materials as needed.
- Adhering to preparation recipes approved by management.
- Working as a team and participating in general tasks as required by the job.
- Complying with work schedules and café policies and procedures.
